Compr carne para bulgogi de cerdo en un supermercado coreano.
Please buy "sliced pork" for cooking spicy pork in Korean supermarket.

Mezcle la carne de cerdo y la salsa uniformemente.
y dejar que el refrigerador madure durante 30 minutos a 2 horas.
Marinate pork with the sauce.
Leave the marinated pork in the fridge between 30 mins to 2 hrs to make the sauce smear all over pork better and deeper(?).

Mientras el cerdo mezclado con la salsa est en la nevera, prepare las verduras. Solo us dos verduras, solo cebollas y repollo. (Puede aadir sus verduras favoritas)
While the pork is marinated in the fridge, please prepare the vegetables. Since all I had were cabbage and onion, I used only 2 veggies. (You can use any veggies you like)

Prepare el cerdo y las verduras salteadas del refrigerador.
Ready to stir fry the spicy pork.
STEP 7/12
Aade un poco de aceite de oliva y agrega carne a la sartn cuando est un poco caliente.
Heat the frying pan with a little bit of olive oil, and start to put the pork on the pan.

Cuando la carne de cerdo est medio cocida, agrega un poco de agua a la sartn para que no se pegue. Y luego le agregamos el repollo cortado.
When the pork is cooked 50%, add a little bit of water and the cabbage.
(Water is to prevent the marinated pork stick on the surface of the pan. Also, it can make the sauce more moist (?))
STEP 9/12
Despus de frerlo durante otros 5 minutos, agregue las cebollas.
After stir frying about 5 mins more, add onion and continue to stir fry.

Como en la foto, cuando la carne y las verduras estn maduras, bjelas a los ms dbiles.
Once you the pork and veggies become golden redish(?) look as shown in the image, reduce the heat to simmer.
