Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Gently return room temperature butter with a whisk. Add sugar 2 to 3 times and make it. Add eggs one at a time and mix well with a whisk. Because the egg is very watery, it is easy to separate when mixed with butter, so when you put the egg in, put a warm wet towel underneath and turn the whisk to prevent it from separating. This will make the sheet smooth. Add vanilla essence, soft flour, baking powder, and mix thoroughly with a frugal spatula. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and make the dough smooth.

Spread the dough evenly in a butter-coated pan and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Bake it, cool it in a cooling net, seal it, and ripen it for 24 hours. Remove the top of the strawberry and cut it in half, and cut the kiwi in half and cut it into three to four equal parts.

It's a strawberry-flavored jelly mix made of agar. Dissolve it evenly in 90 degrees of water and cool it down for a while.

Garnish the cake sheet with strawberries and kiwis. You have to take the cake sheet out of the mold and turn it over.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle chilled jelly over decorated fruit. Just spray it until it's coated. Put it in the refrigerator and harden it.
