Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the cod into pieces, wash it out, and season it with salt. Cut the radish used in the soup again into flat pieces and cut the red pepper into 2~3 pieces without seeds. Put the soup ingredients back in the pot and leave for about 30 minutes.

Tear the oyster, and wash the ramie clams clean with the unwashed ones. Cut the green onion, green pepper, and red pepper diagonally and cut the crown daisy into three pieces by picking only the leaves. Mix the seasoning according to the amount.

When the soup ingredients boil over the fire after leaving it for 30 minutes, take out the kelp and red pepper, add the pollack, and boil it.

When it boils again, remove the foam that rises into the cooking net.

When the cod is cooked to some extent, add oyster mushrooms and ramie clams and dissolve the seasoning in the soup.

Boil it for about 10 minutes, season it with salt, add green pepper, red pepper, green onion, and crown daisy, and serve it while boiling.
