Cooking Steps

Chicken wings sold at large discount stores were trimmed, but they were not trimmed at my local mart. So I cut the ends of the wings with scissors.

Add ginger and salt to boiling water and boil chicken wings and chicken sticks.When baking in the oven, you can boil it slightly, but if you want to cook in a frying pan like me, you have to boil it until it's fully cooked.

Drain the boiled chicken wings, drain, oil the pan and bake until golden brown.

Add 3 tablespoons of chili sauce to chicken wings and chicken sticks and simmer over low heat to prevent burning.
STEP 5/5
When it is golden brown, turn it over and add 3 tablespoons more sauce and boil it again. Cook over low heat enough to cut the sauce to the core. If you cut chicken sticks and wings, the sauce cuts better.
