Add ginger and salt to boiling water and boil chicken wings and chicken sticks.When baking in the oven, you can boil it slightly, but if you want to cook in a frying pan like me, you have to boil it until it's fully cooked.

When it is golden brown, turn it over and add 3 tablespoons more sauce and boil it again. Cook over low heat enough to cut the sauce to the core. If you cut chicken sticks and wings, the sauce cuts better.
