Chocolate muffins for Christmas
It's a sweet chocolate muffin I put it in a Christmas gift cup and it's perfect for Christmas!

  • Soft flour

  • Butter
    100g
  • Sugar
    80g
  • Salt
    2g
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Milk
    120g
  • Honey
    60g
  • almond powder
    60g
  • Baking powder
    10g
  • cocoa powder
    20g
  • Chocolate chip
    1handful
  • Dark Cover Chocolate
  • almond
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Beat butter at room temperature with a whisk and cream with sugar.
Add milk and egg mixture.
Add almond powder + salt + honey and mix.
Sift the powder (thin flour + baking powder + cocoa powder) and mix gently.
STEP 2/5
Mix well without raw flour, fill the cup only about 50-60%.
STEP 3/5
Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 4/5
When the muffin cools to a certain extent, put the white/dark cover in a disposable piping bag and melt it to squeeze it.
(If you put the cover in a piping bag and put it on the operating oven, it's good without melting it separately.)
STEP 5/5
Squeeze white and dark into a grid and put almonds on top before chocolate hardens.
