Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mesaeng prepared a lump and oysters. Remove all the oysters and wash them in salt water.

Cut the mesaeng into 3~4 pieces with scissors.
STEP 3/8
Sieve it and wash it under running water. It's so thin that you have to sieve it and wash it.

Boil 3 cups of anchovy stock.
STEP 5/8
Heat the earthen pot slightly, add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, add mesaengi, and stir-fry it for a while.

Add the thickly brewed anchovy broth.

When the mesaeng starts to boil, add the washed raw oysters. I boiled oysters for a while because they seemed to shrink in size and disappear in scent.

Boil it for a while until the bubbles come up and it's done. I'm going to season it with a bit of bored with soy sauce. If you boil it for a long time, the scent disappears, and if it's too salty, you can't feel it.
