Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare garlic by slicing it into pieces. Stir-fry anchovies and garlic in a heated pan.

When the anchovies lose some moisture, add a tablespoon of canola oil and stir-fry. Stir-fry garlic until brown and anchovies feel crispy.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to remove the smell. You can use Cheongju. Or you can use commercial cooking wine. I used commercial cooking wine.

Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, please. If you add more red pepper paste, the salty taste becomes stronger, so if you want a more spicy taste, it's better to add red pepper powder than red pepper paste. Add half a tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
STEP 5/5
Stir-fry thoroughly so that the seasoning is evenly cut. You don't have to stir-fry it for a long time, just stir-fry it until the seasoning is mixed evenly.
