Pour a cup of water into a mug and boil it in the microwave. We mix hot water and plain water and adjust it to about 45 cities.

Add yeast without delay to keep the water warm and mix well.

I'll put in the hotteok powder like this. I'm going to knead it well. Knead until smooth.

Cover the dough with plastic and ferment it whole. Is it hard to ferment because it is winter these days..I put it in the oven and fermented it. Turn it for 10 minutes with the Hausen oven fermentation function and take 20 minutes to rest in a regular microwave oven. Boil a mug with a microwave like before, put the dough next to it, close the door, and ferment it for about 30 minutes.

Put cooking oil on a wide tray and divide it into appropriate sizes with hands covered with cooking oil

Place the dough in your hand and spread it out.
STEP 7/8
Pour a spoonful of sugar in the commercial hotteok powder and stick the dough together using your fingers.
STEP 8/8
Now, pour enough oil into the pan and place the dough on low heat. When the bottom is golden, turn it over with a spatula and spread it out like the picture on the right. If you flip it over and press it more widely, hotteok is done.
