Grind the chicken tenderloin in a hand blender first, then grind it finely with carrots, onions, and shiitake mushrooms except for chives.

Slice the medium-sized radish thickly, dip it in a ring shape in the middle, boil water in a pot, add a little salt, and blanch the radish until it is half cooked. If you grill it right in the oven, the radish won't cook well.

When I put a half-cooked seasoned radish on a steak pan and filled the middle with seasoned chicken ingredients and baked it in a 180-degree oven for 15 minutes, the chicken meat and radish were cooked properly. Adjust the time according to the oven while looking at it moderately.
