STEP 1/4
Wash the chicken clean in running water and marinate it in milk (you can add rosemary, etc.) for at least 30 minutes. Wash the milk and make a hole on the surface with a toothpick or fork to absorb the seasoning well. Put the amount of seasoning in a plastic bag, put the chicken in and mix it so that it doesn't leak, and leave it for 30 minutes to an hour. If you make it on plastic, you can cut it evenly even with a small amount. It's good not to count if you put the bowl under the plastic.
STEP 2/4
Grease the seasoned chicken and cover it with a little foil, but wrap it tightly and make a few holes. Cook in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hour.Keep water in the pan and replenish the water when it has evaporated.
STEP 3/4
When it's done, peel off the foil and cook it until golden at 210 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. The pan was less burnt when the hips were tilted slightly lower; it walked one step lower. Of course, if you do so with water, it's dangerous, so tilt it and pour water into the pan. And personally, I think it's more crispy when you grill it at the end even if you add some oil. If you pour water in, it feels a bit soggy.
Chicken can be sized according to the number of family members, but if it's too big, it's hard to cook.
