STEP 1/11
Wash strawberries and fruits clean, cut them properly, and remove moisture with a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/11
I used tortilla, but everything I had left was torn, so I made two overlapping sheets. Also, if it's hard to get tortillas, you can collect 4 slices of bread and cut them into a round shape. Bake tortillas in a 200-degree oven for only 4-5 minutes or butter a frying pan and bake crispy.
STEP 3/11
This is how to make custard cream. Add egg yolks and sugar to skillet and mix well with whisk.
STEP 4/11
If the yolk turns a little white, add cornstarch and mix with a whisk.
STEP 5/11
Cut vanilla beans in half with a knife, seep the seeds, and heat to warm just before boiling. If you don't have vanilla bean, you can use vanilla essence.
STEP 6/11
Strain the warm milk through a sieve and mix it with a whisk.
STEP 7/11
Adjust the gas heat to medium heat, place the pot on top and mix with a rubber spatula to make custard cream.
STEP 8/11
When there is a little moisture, you have to remove it from the heat and mix it with a spatula to prevent the cream from burning.
STEP 9/11
Place the cream in a bowl, cover the surface of the cream with plastic wrap, and keep it cool in the refrigerator.
STEP 10/11
Just before you eat, apply a thick layer of custard cream to the tortilla and add the sliced fruit to the top. It would have looked prettier if there were only green kiwis, but it's a little disappointing.
STEP 11/11
Lastly, if you spray a little bit of sugar powder, it gives off a white Christmas vibe.
