This is tteok-galbi with rice cake
I'm putting tteok-galbi made by rolling minced beef on tteok. I bought a rice cake that only sells rice cakes at the mart, not just the tteokbokki that was packaged, and it was chewy and delicious. It's crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside. It tasted good because the meat was cut in the right amount of seasoning.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add seasoning ingredients to minced beef and mix well. Please pat it for a long time until it's sticky.
STEP 2/3
If it's hard, blanch it slightly and then wrap it around the kneaded meat to make a shape. Meat shrinks when grilled, so it's better if you wrap it a little bit.
STEP 3/3
Grease the pan, apply a little oil spray on the top, and bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Originally, beef should be used, but if you mix pork, it has a soft taste.
