Stir-fried squid asparagus flavored with black bean sauce
Black bean sauce. It's a bit unfamiliar, right? Black beans are fermented, dried, and stir-fried with garlic. It is called garlic beans or black bean sauce. It is commonly called black bean sauce in English, and it is not known like Doo-ban or oyster sauce, but it has been used recently. It is mainly a sauce that removes fishy taste and adds savory taste to fish dishes. Fusion Chinese restaurants, which are popular in Korea recently, also make many dishes such as Chinese noodles and seafood dishes with this sauce. I also bought black bean sauce for the first time this time, and I was wondering what kind of dish would be good, so I quickly stir-fried it with chewy cuttlefish, asparagus, paprika, and mushrooms, and added black bean sauce to make it taste good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Remove the seeds from the pappika and slice them into 6cm long pieces. Cut the asparagus about 1cm from the bottom and peel off the thick outer skin with a filler and cut it into the same size as paprika. Mix all the sauce and prepare.
STEP 2/5
Remove the middle bone, peel back and forth, and prepare the squid. Cut the back of the cuttlefish into the same size as the vegetables and sprinkle a little bit of refined rice wine.
STEP 3/5
Grease a heated pan with grape seed oil and stir-fry cuttlefish over high heat. Stir-fry it in the middle and add pepper.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry squid and asparagus first, and when asparagus turns blue, add paprika and mushroom and stir-fry. Add the pre-made black bean sauce and stir-fry it to blend with the ingredients.
STEP 5/5
Stir-fried black bean sauce squid asparagus with chewy squid and asparagus is complete. Chewy cuttlefish, crunchy asparagus, vegetables, and button mushrooms are combined with black bean sauce to complete a dish that tastes sweet and sour and deep. The black bean sauce is very special. Unlike traditional dishes flavored with oyster sauce and bean paste sauce, it has a savory taste and flavor. It's a sauce that would go well with stir-fried dishes such as noodle dishes and seafood dishes.
