Sausage egg roll
I didn't like regular egg rolls, so I made it with Vienna sausage. I think it'll be really good as a side dish for lunch boxes.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, parboil the Vienna sausages in boiling water for 30 seconds
STEP 2/8
Season eggs with chopped green onions (1), salt, and pepper (a little) and mix them with chopsticks
STEP 3/8
Put oil on a heated pan, pour a proper amount of beaten eggs, and cook the outside slightly
STEP 4/8
When the surface is slightly cooked, put the blanched sausages (4) on top and roll them, and put the sausages on top before the eggs are fully cooked to stick well.
STEP 5/8
Pour some of the remaining beaten eggs and roll them around until the bottom is cooked. Repeat this process 2-3 times. I poured the eggs and rolled them about three times.
STEP 6/8
Put the rolled egg on a cutting board and cut it into bite-size pieces,
STEP 7/8
Cut the remaining four sausages into 10 shapes and fry them in a heated pan until golden brown
STEP 8/8
Place egg rolls and sausages on a plate.. Finish with ketchup and mustard. Dip it in ketchup and mustard and it tastes really good. It's a really delicious egg roll no matter who makes it. It's easy, pretty, and delicious, so it's three birds with one stone.
