STEP 1/6

STEP 2/6
Slice the garlic a little thick, shred the green onion, shred the red pepper, and cut the red pepper in moderation.
STEP 3/6
Cut the long pumpkin into half-moon slices, soak it in salt, drain it, and stir-fry it in a heated pan to cool it.
STEP 4/6
Grease a heated pan with plenty of grape seed oil, stir-fry garlic + red pepper + green onion. Add seasoned beef and stir-fry.
STEP 5/6
Add chilled zucchini + red paprika, add oyster sauce, and stir-fry.
STEP 6/6
They take out red wine and mini wine glasses, put stir-fried beef oyster sauce on a plate, sprinkle plenty of sesame seeds, and stir-fried beef oyster sauce made of Korean beef. It's not as nice as a restaurant, but I enjoyed the wine gracefully.
