Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, blanch 20 Vienna sausages in boiling water for about 30 seconds and make cuts.
STEP 2/4
Cut 1/2 onion and 1/4 carrot into bite-size pieces, and slice 1 green pepper diagonally.
STEP 3/4
Grease a heated pan with grape seed oil 2 and stir-fry all the vegetables for about 1 to 2 minutes. When you make a side dish with alcohol, it's good because it's spicy with pepper oil instead of grape seed oil.
STEP 4/4
Add the cut sausage and stir-fry it for about 2 minutes. When the sausage explodes naturally, add ketchup 4, sugar 0.3, and a little sesame seeds and stir-fry it slightly.
