Steamed rice shrimp with perilla leaves
My favorite side dish is steamed perilla leaves. I made it with rice shrimp today. It's delicious, but they added rice shrimp to add nutrition.

Ingredients
  • Sesame leaf

Cooking Steps

Wash the perilla leaves clean and prepare, mix all the sauce with water, prepare the anchovies again,

Put anchovies on the bottom of the pot first. Then, pick up a few perilla leaves, spread the sauce, and add a little bit of rice shrimp. Please take turns posting them one by one.

Bring to a boil over low gas heat for about 5 minutes and simmer for a very short time. You're supposed to season it and steam it in a steamer. It's a lot, so I boiled it down. Perilla leaves are eaten raw, so you just need to boil them down a little. If you boil it down for too long, it'll rip and it's not good.
