Super simple chicken steak
Maybe because I marinated it in honey mustard marinade and grilled it, the chicken breast was well seasoned and moist, so it was light and delicious. The scent of mustard and chicken breast go really well together.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the chicken breast in half, make 4 pieces, coat it with marinade sauce evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes.
STEP 2/6
When the chicken breast is marinated well in marinated sauce, sprinkle with pepper and parsley powder.

Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces and put a tablespoon of grape seed oil on a heated pan and bake them until golden brown. (It tastes better if you marinate the chicken breast and sprinkle the remaining sauce.)

While the chicken breast is being baked, put a tablespoon of grape seed oil in another pan and stir-fry the vegetables, then add a tablespoon of marinade sauce to season and sprinkle with pepper.

Put it on a plate so it's easy to eat. It's a light chicken breast steak with stir-fried vegetables. It's been a while since I made some grill marks. I think they make it look more delicious. It's a hearty and wonderful meal with fried vegetables and rice. When you're on a diet, I think it would be good to make steak with light and protein-rich chicken breast instead of beef or pork.
