Rice noodles with rich flavors. Seafood stir-fried noodles
It's richly flavored pho, seafood stir-fried noodles. I ate beef stir-fried noodles at a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant, but since there was no beef, I made seafood stir-fried noodles with squid, shellfish, and shrimp flesh in the freezer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I cooked rice noodles for a minute or two. It's so thin that it cooks quickly.I'm going to fry it later, so if it's cooked too much, it'll get soggy and taste bad. If it looks slightly cooked, I sift it, rinse it in cold water, and cut it 2-3 times with scissors.
STEP 2/4
Add 2sp olive oil and a little water to the pan and stir-fry the seafood first, then cook the seafood slightly.
STEP 3/4
Add bean sprouts and water parsley and stir-fry over high heat.
STEP 4/4
Add cooked rice noodles and stir-fry them together before the vegetables are cooked. Add 2sp oyster sauce, 2sp dark soy sauce, 2sp salt, pepper, 2sp cooking wine, a little sugar, a little pepper, and stir-fry. Then add 14 cups of starch water at the end.
