Sweet potato broccoli pancake
There was a blanched broccoli, so I boiled and crushed sweet potatoes, crushed broccoli, and cooked it like a potato pancake. The texture was softer when I ate it than just making it round. If children don't like broccoli and want to feed them healthy carrots, I think they can hide it like this. Potato pancakes are delicious, but sweet potato pancakes are sweet, so I think all the holadang will disappear if I make it soon.

I'm going to mix the crushed sweet potatoes with flour, minced broccoli, and salt. Potato pancakes are usually ground on a grater, put eggs, and season them with salt. I don't think sweet potatoes and eggs will go well together, so I added flour to make it stick.

Add water and mix it well. At first, it's watery, but when you lose, the remaining sweet potato batter in your cheeks becomes dry. Then add a little more water. If you put in too much, it'll get watery, so be careful.

Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan and shake until the bottom turns golden

You can flip it over and make it a little longer. If you flip it too early, it'll rip.
