Cooking Steps

Beat an egg well and add a little cooking oil and cook over low heat. Don't flip it over because it might rip while you flip it. If you close the lid of the pan after cooking, it'll be cooked to the top. If the top is cooked, open the lid and blow away the moisture. If you keep the lid of the pan closed when you lipize the egg, the egg becomes damp due to the moisture generated inside. Later, open the lid and blow away all the moisture to dry it. Then, even if you don't turn it over, it's cooked all the way to the top, and there's no mishap of tearing it later on. When you take out the egg garnish, the sides of the pan will be slightly lifted. You can hold it with your hand and gently lift it. You have to keep the egg on low heat from the beginning to prevent it from burning. You need to take a little time and make it calm to increase the completeness.If you flip it or take it out quickly because you're in a hurry, it'll rip easily.
