Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, prepare 1 cup of red beans. It's the amount you need to make for 2 people. First, wash the red beans clean, add water, boil them for about 5 minutes, throw away the first boiled water, and throw away the first boiled water to get rid of the bitter taste of the red beans. Put the boiled red beans in a sieve and boil them for about an hour. When the red bean grains are pressed with a spoon butt, they win well, and boil them until the white part inside is immediately crushed. If you boil it until it's soaked in water, it's pretty much right.
STEP 2/4
Add 2 cups of water to the well-boiled red beans and grind them using a hand blender. You can grind it in a blender, but it's more convenient to grind it like this, so I used a hand blender.
STEP 3/4
Even if it's finely ground, let's strain it through a sieve again. Put the ground red beans in a sieve and hang them using a spatula.
STEP 4/4
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. When the water boils, boil the noodles. When the noodles are cooked more than 80%, add the ground red bean water and dissolve the noodles so that they don't stick together. When the noodles are almost cooked, add 0.5 salt. Depending on the salinity of the salt, add the salt while tasting it. Add 2 starch syrups and boil it for a bit more. It's good to add sugar to make it sweet, but I think starch syrup is glossy and better. Even if you add 2 spoons of starch syrup, it hardly tastes sweet, but rather serves to make the salt's liver more harmonious, so please add a little bit. Put it in the water first, cook it slowly, and pour red bean water later to make it better. If you boil it in red bean water, it just sticks to the floor. Kalguksu doesn't cook well
