Okonomiyaki
I made Japanese pancake Okonomiyaki. Chewy squid, salty bacon, and chewy shrimp. Cabbage is also delicious. The okonomi powder contains mountain horse powder, shrimp, squid, bonito powder, dengkatsu, ginger powder, etc., so it really tastes like okonomiyaki.

  • Water

  • Bacon
    70g
  • Scallions

  • grape seed oil

  • green onion powder

  • dried bonito

  • Mayonnaise

  • Okonomiyaki sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix eggs and water in a bowl and add okonomiyaki powder. Mix it thickly with a whisk so that no raw powder can be seen.
STEP 2/7
Finely chop or grind cabbage in a food processor. Put cabbage in the Okonomiyaki dough. Add shrimp and moderately sliced squid.

Finally, add bacon and chopped chives and mix well. Pour plenty of grape seed oil into the pan and place the dough on top.

Grill the okonomiyaki back and forth over low heat until golden. When the okonomiyaki is done, sprinkle the okonomiyaki sauce when it is hot.

Spread the okonomiyaki sauce evenly with a spoon and sprinkle a lot of green onion powder on top. Sprinkle mayonnaise on top of the green onion powder.

Put a lot of katsuobushi on top and sprinkle parsley to decorate it.
