Crispy and fresh tomato brusketa
The tomato bruxketa that I ate for breakfast on Sunday. This~ It was crispy and fresh, so it was okay. Olive scent, basil, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.. And even garlic-scented crunchy baguette, let's finish bread and salad in one go! It's light and healthy that's not sweet or greasy! I think it'll be good for a front dessert or a snack when you're hungry

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Make a cross at the top, soak the tomatoes in boiling water for a while, take them out, and peel them. Remove the middle seed like this. Peeling tomatoes and removing the seeds is called "Kongkase." There's a lot of water coming out of the seeds and it's sour.
STEP 2/5
Chop the onion into small pieces and soak it in water for a while to remove the spicy taste and remove the water.
STEP 3/5
I cut the raw mozzarella into small pieces, cut the bean-curdled tomatoes into similar sizes, rolled the basil into shreds, and squeezed the water out of the onions. Add 1.5sp of olive oil, 0.5sp of salt, and a little pepper to this sauce and mix well.
STEP 4/5
Brush the baguette with olive oil soaked in garlic. Then bake it slightly in a toaster to make it crispy.
STEP 5/5
Place top-to-top ingredients on top of crispy baguette bread and you're done.
