STEP 1/13
Boil or steam sweet potatoes and peel them when it's hot
STEP 2/13
Press with potato press or grind with food processor.
STEP 3/13
In another bowl, beat eggs and a pinch of salt with a whisk and mix with sugar.
STEP 4/13
Add eggs to chopped sweet potatoes and mix them.
STEP 5/13
Warm milk and whipped cream and mix.
STEP 6/13
Sift down the dough.
STEP 7/13
This is how to make caramel. Heat the sugar in a pot over low heat and melt it without stirring. Be careful not to burn the sugar at this time.
STEP 8/13
When the sugar is completely melted, add warm water and mix, and boil it down for another minute. I don't have white sugar, so I made it with brown sugar and the color got darker.
STEP 9/13
Add a tablespoon and a half of the syrup to the pudding cup or heat-resistant container and let it harden slightly.
STEP 10/13
Carefully place the dough in it so that it does not mix with the syrup. Put it in a preheated oven at 150-160 degrees, pour hot water into the pan, fill it, and bake it for 30 minutes.
STEP 11/13
Remove from the oven if the surface is smooth and there are no stains on the skewer.
STEP 12/13
Put a knife in and circle it, put the plate on it, turn it upside down, lightly tap it, and it will separate from the cup.
STEP 13/13
Soft pudding with sweet caramel syrup. It's harder than a regular pudding, but I like it better than a pudding with a soft texture.
