Sweet potato pudding
It's a pudding made of sweet potatoes. It's made of fiber-rich sweet potatoes, so it's more delicious and I've lowered the calories. It's a soft pudding with a soft texture, so I recommend it as a dessert as well as baby food for babies.

When the sugar is completely melted, add warm water and mix, and boil it down for another minute. I don't have white sugar, so I made it with brown sugar and the color got darker.

Add a tablespoon and a half of the syrup to the pudding cup or heat-resistant container and let it harden slightly.

Carefully place the dough in it so that it does not mix with the syrup. Put it in a preheated oven at 150-160 degrees, pour hot water into the pan, fill it, and bake it for 30 minutes.
