STEP 1/9
First, I put the vegetables in the freezer in the cutter (food processor) and chopped them up. I think it would be good to chop vegetables that children don't eat often.
STEP 2/9
Grind chicken fillets and onions in a cutter or blender.
STEP 3/9
Season with herb salt or pepper salt,
STEP 4/9
Add 1 egg, 3 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp herb salt, a little pepper, and 1 tbsp salt and mix. Do not add all 3 tablespoons of flour from the beginning, just add 1 tablespoon and add it as you watch the toughness later. I put in frozen vegetables, so the dough got hard and there was a lot of flour in it.
STEP 5/9
Add the pre-cut vegetables and mix them (the color is not pretty if you grind the vegetables with chicken~)
STEP 6/9
To taste the batter, remove a little and bake it in a frying pan, taste it, and add salt.
STEP 7/9
Sprinkle flour on a tray, use two spoons and cut the dough into a circle, and sprinkle a little more flour
STEP 8/9
Grease a heated frying pan with plenty of oil and cook on medium to low heat until golden brown.
STEP 9/9
For the smile shape, I added a little more flour and made a round shape, so I drew eyes with a straw and pressed it with a spoon to make a mouth shape. I think it would be good if you steam it in a steamer or bake it in an oven if you want to give it to them as baby food.
