Freshly flavored balsamic dressing and ricotta cheese salad
It's a ricotta cheese salad with milk and various vegetables. It is an appetizing menu that can be eaten with other menus by sprinkling sourly seasoned balsamic dressing.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Please make the dressing first. Add balsamic vinegar, oligosaccharide and vinegar and mix once, then add whole grain mustard and mix.
STEP 2/4
Add chopped onions, salt, pepper, and parsley and mix with olive oil. Add or subtract each ingredient to taste.
STEP 3/4
Cut the prepared ricotta cheese into appropriate sizes, wash the vegetables clean and cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/4
Serve in a salad bowl or dish and sprinkle with balsamic dressing.
