Curry and rice with a lot of potatoes
It's a spicy curry rice that's more delicious with plenty of vegetables.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add a little salt and pepper to the pork, season it beforehand, and put it in the refrigerator. Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/3
Stir-fry minced garlic in a heated frying pan, then stir-fry the pre-seasoned pork. Add vegetables except pumpkin and stir-fry. Add a little salt while frying.
STEP 3/3
Add pumpkin, add water and simmer until vegetables are cooked. When pork and vegetables are cooked, add solid curry and dissolve. You don't have to worry about solid curry because it comes off easily. Please season it at the end. We just ate it, but each family has a different taste.
