STEP 1/8
Add sugar to the egg and whip it. If you put the bowl in hot water and whip it in medium heat, it bubbles faster.
STEP 2/8
Mix baking powder and soft flour and sift them in
STEP 3/8
Add warm milk, butter and honey and mix lightly with a rubber spatula.
STEP 4/8
Add half of the cut sweet potatoes and mix. I blanched a spoon of sugar into sweet potatoes and put it in, but it was better to put it raw.
STEP 5/8
Put the dough in a heat-resistant container, put the remaining sweet potatoes on top, decorate it, and sprinkle black sesame seeds. When the water is boiling, place the steamed cake in a steamer, cover it, and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Test the skewers to see if they are cooked and remove from the heat.
STEP 7/8
Steamed cake tastes good when it's hot, but it's soft and delicious when you cool it down, seal it in a plastic pack, and cut it.
STEP 8/8
I ate hot things with a spoon when I blew it.
If you don't have soft flour or baking powder, you can easily make it into a pancake mix. When you use a mix product, try to make it without sugar and add one tablespoon of grape seed oil.
