After heating the pan... Put some oil on it...Cover tofu with egg wash and place in pan. Because I didn't put flour on tofu.. The egg won't get on well. On top of tofu.. Add a little egg mixture mixed with herbs and put it on top.. On low heat..Turn it upside down only once when the edges turn golden.

If there's a lot of cooking oil in the pan.. When you pick up the egg pancakes.. The edge swells up.. It's not neat. You can just eat it, but.. If you want to put it on the customer's table, you can cut off the mess with scissors. Place the baked tofu around the edge of a large plate.. Soak the raw vegetables in cold water and drain them from the vegetable dehydrator.. Put it in the middle.. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add a few on top.
