Cooking Steps

Please cut the ingredients for fried rice into small pieces. Don't chop it too much and cut it to have a proper chewing texture. I prepared 1 lump of chicken breast, 7 cocktails shrimp, 2 cheongyang peppers, 1 red pepper, 3 rows of bacon, 2 tablespoons of flying fish roe, and cut it in moderation. Instead of chicken breast, you can add chicken tenderloin or pork tenderloin, or you can add one more green pepper or Cheongyang pepper.
