Tofu soup
It's a delicious tofu soup that has the best taste of spicy and savory tofu.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, make anchovy kelp broth, which is the basis of soup. Make a small amount of anchovy kelp stock and prepare it. (You can make 3 cups of broth.)

Cut tofu in half and use it. (Usually, we used 1/2 of the commercially available tofu.). I made tofu ssamjang for the rest. Make sure to make tofu ssamjang with it.Tofu is made from commercially available tofu. I used tofu, which has a savory taste of tofu, which is ground by itself. This soup tastes better when you use tofu with bean paste with tofu. Anyway, I think it would be good to use tofu made from domestic beans for this soup dish of any company. That way, it's delicious.

Break tofu (half a hair - about 200g) with your hands and don't break it too finely. Just cut it with your hands.

Add chili oil (2), sand lance extract (2), minced garlic (0.5), and salt (a little) to the crushed tofu and mix it gently to season it. I used the salt and king salt over there. I think it tastes better if you use sea salt when you season the soup. First, add a little bit and taste it later to season it more. And they put the sauce in the tofu with sand lance extract in advance. If you use fish sauce in a soup dish, it tastes much better and tastes better. Make sure to use fish sauce along with regular soy sauce. Also, if you don't have chili oil, try adding red pepper powder (1) and regular cooking oil (1) in this process. If it's going to be spicy later, you can cut a little bit of pepper and boil it'll be good to boil it.

Put the seasoned tofu in the pot and stir-fry it

When the tofu is cooked, add 3 cups of anchovy kelp stock and boil it

When it's boiled to a certain extent, add sliced onions (a quarter of a small amount) and diagonally sliced green onions (an appropriate amount) and boil it for a little longer. Finally, taste it and season it with salt and pepper. I didn't add salt, but a little more pepper because it was seasoned a lot.
The way to make anchovy kelp stock is 1. Remove the head of anchovies, remove the black internal organs inside the stomach (I used good anchovies and just used them without removing the head and intestines separately) 2. Wipe the surface of the kelp with a dry dishcloth and soak it in water for 30 minutes. 3. Put the anchovies in a non-greased pan and stir-fry them over high heat. Put the stir-fried anchovies in a pot, put the kelp and kelp together, and when it starts to boil, take out the kelp first, and boil it for about 10-15 minutes 4. Remove the foam from the top, and strain it with a cloth or sieve. If you do this, anchovy kelp broth is done. Of course, you can use your own persimmon for the amount of water and anchovies and kelp. Personally, I prefer to make a thick broth and use it rather than putting an anchovy in a cup of water.
