STEP 1/11
Meatballs can be made from ground beef or pork chicken, depending on your preference. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them. I added a tablespoon of herb salt and parsley powder.
STEP 2/11
Grease a pan with finely chopped onions, add a pinch of salt, stir-fry quickly over high heat and let cool.
STEP 3/11
Add the cooled stir-fried onion to the meat dough and knead it.
STEP 4/11
You have to knead it for a long time so that the meatballs don't ripen.
STEP 5/11
Squeeze your thumb and index finger together to make a circle or rub it with your palm to make a circle.
STEP 6/11
Place 3 tablespoons of oil in a heated pan, roll a meatball and cook lightly until golden brown, and place on a kitchen towel to remove the oil. (You can put it on a preheated oven pan and bake it for 10 minutes.)
STEP 7/11
Cut the tomatoes into a cross shape, soak them in boiling water for a while, peel them, chop them into small pieces, put a tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan, add herb salt and pepper, and stir-fry them
STEP 8/11
Add water and wine (white) and bring to a boil the tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce, puree and Kitchen stock. If you don't want to make it like this and you don't have any ingredients, you can make it with commercial spaghetti sauce.
STEP 9/11
Add salt, blanch it in boiling water, remove the drained vegetables, and bring it to a boil.
STEP 10/11
Add the baked meatballs and reduce to low heat to allow sauce to cut well, cover and simmer for at least 5 minutes. Taste before turning off the heat and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 11/11
Meatball tomato sauce is complete. Try a delicious meal with plenty of meatball sauce on the spaghetti noodles boiled in boiling water for more than 10 minutes.
