STEP 1/8
First, put grape seed oil in a bowl and melt some sugar. Grape seed oil is good, too. If you don't have any objection to the smell of olive oil, you can use olive oil.
STEP 2/8
When sugar is well melted, add 2T of milk. If you don't have milk, you can add whipped cream or yogurt.
STEP 3/8
Then, add the egg yolk and mix it well.
STEP 4/8
Add soft flour, cocoa powder, and instant coffee powder. Grind instant coffee in a blender and use it. If you have coffee extract, you can use coffee extract or espresso.
STEP 5/8
You can mix it well like this. If you knead it all, it becomes a slightly chewy dough like chocolate mousse.
STEP 6/8
Then shape it in a circle and roll it in a sugar powder. It's hard to shape it because it's a gin dough, but you can do it easily if you put a little bit of sugar powder on your hands.
STEP 7/8
After panning, bake in a preheated oven for 14 to 15 minutes. It's not a cookie that spreads that much, so there's no need to leave a lot of space.
STEP 8/8
Just enough, there's a pretty crack. The round shape is pretty and the taste is good. Snow Mocha Ball is complete. I can feel the bitter taste of coffee, and it's crispy. I think it would be better to drink it with coffee. There's a bit of moisture inside. If you eat it freshly baked, it has a lot of crispy texture, but if you eat it the next day, it's a little less crispy, but you can enjoy a moist snowmocar ball.
