Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Put a little bit of pickled and red holic noodles in water. Cut fish cakes and vegetables in moderation.
STEP 2/3
Pour anchovy kelp stock into a pot, add red-holic chunjang sauce and simmer. Put the vegetables in. I also put in the vegetables in my refrigerator.
STEP 3/3
Add noodles soaked in water and bring to a boil. When the glass noodles taste to a certain extent, add the slices, fish cakes, and green onions and boil them down until they become delicious jjajang tteokbokki.
