Korean style glutinous rice cake

Cooking Steps

First, put glutinous rice powder, broccoli powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them with your hands.

You know you have to make the dough for sticky rice. Add hot water little by little and knead it gently with your hands. The amount of water is very different from the glutinous rice powder milled from the mill and the dry glutinous rice powder sold at the mart, so adjust the amount of water as you knead it. Beat until the surface of the dough is smooth. I added a little broccoli powder, and the dough became a pretty light green color.
