  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
After breaking ramen in a ramen bag, pour it into a bowl and mix it with sunflower seed oil, and spread it out in an oven pan and bake it until it is golden. (About 160 degrees and 15 minutes without preheating)
STEP 2/4
Place golden brown ramen in a bowl and put sesame seeds and sunflower seeds
STEP 3/4
Put oligosaccharide, sugar, and sunflower seed oil on top to make syrup.Add ingredients to the top of the syrup and stir until it does not burn, and leave it to sleep (about a minute) when it boils, then turn off the heat.
STEP 4/4
Make syrup.Add the cooked ramen right away and mix well
If there is no oligosaccharide, starch syrup can be used, and if there is no starch syrup, add the equivalent amount of sugar and water, and then boil it to stir to make brownish syrup.
