First, disinfect the glass bottle with hot water. Pour water into a large skillet to cover the bottle, add the bottle and simmer until the water boils, then remove the bottle and dry it completely. When the water dries completely, cut the green tomatoes into appropriate sizes and prepare them in bottles.

Add pickling spice, sugar, vinegar, salt and bay leaf and simmer.

When the pickle liquid boils, quickly pour the tomato into the bottle when it is hot, close the lid, and cool it down.

It's an uncooked tomato, so the texture is not soft and very crunchy. It feels different from pickles made of cucumbers. If there are undercooked tomatoes around, it would be good to make them and eat them.
