Chocolate monster chocolate cake
I baked a chocolate cake and made a scary and cute chocolate monster. It's a sweet, bitter milky chocolate cake made with cocoa powder without flour. I sprinkled thick ganache on the cake and decorated it with almonds and cashew nuts to make a shape.

Cooking Steps

First, melt the chocolate and butter in a medium bath and let it cool.

Beat in the egg yolk and mix it

Add sugar to the whites and whip to make a fluffy meringue, divide by 1/3 and mix.

Add the cola powder and mix lightly

Fill a butter or oiled muffin pan with 80% batter and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes if you want a chocolate-floating cake.

Take it out of the mold, turn it upside down, and cool it down

I melted chocolate into the whipped cream that was heated in medium heat, made ganache, sprinkled it on chocolate cake, and decorated it with almond slice and gashnut to express a monster. If you eat it with moist and bitter chocolate cake and deep ganache, it melts in your mouth.
