Cooking Steps

STEP 2/5
Add hot water and mix green tea powder to prevent clumping and dissolve gelatin.
STEP 3/5
Add cold water and adjust the concentration. If you want a strong green tea flavor, you can reduce the amount of water. I put in about 550ml.
STEP 4/5
Place the jelly in a suitable mold and harden in the refrigerator. Stir once so that green tea powder does not sink in the middle.
STEP 5/5
When setting up, open the jelly freely in a transparent glass or a glass with a wide opening, pour milk, and place the braised red beans in a round shape. I added homemade braised red beans made for patbingsu. You can also put the commercial patbingsu on top. It's a very simple, cool, and sweet green tea jelly. It's a dessert that's not too much or too hot to make in the summer.
