Homemade tomato sauce
It's much better than the pasta tomato sauce sold on the market. I really like the deep and deep taste.

  • Tomato
    4ea
  • onion
    1ea
  • olive oil
    suitably
  • Tomato juice
    1/2cup
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • basil
  • parsley
  • bay leaf
  • Parmesan cheese
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Wash the tomatoes clean and cut off the top. Grasp the tip of the calnose and remove the top. Otherwise, the knife could go deep and get hurt, so please be careful.
STEP 2/11
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water slightly. Then you can peel off the skin as easily as in the picture.
STEP 3/11
Finely chop the peeled tomatoes. Of course, you can change the wings in the blender. If you can't get tomatoes, you can get canned tomatoes. You can use it. You can buy both canned tomatoes and canned tomatoes for less than 2,000 won each at large discount stores.
STEP 4/11
Chop the onions, too.
STEP 5/11
Add olive oil and saute minced garlic, then add onions and saute until clear. Please be careful not to burn.
STEP 6/11
Then add the tomato paste and stir-fry well. Stir-fry until glossy. As I said above, you can easily get tomato paste at a large discount store.
STEP 7/11
When the tomato paste is polished and stir-fried well, add basil and parsley and stir-fry it again. You can also buy dry basil and parsley at the import section or the spice section at the supermarket.
STEP 8/11
Then add the chopped tomatoes. And add tomato juice, too. You can add the broth.
STEP 9/11
Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Be careful because the tomato sauce may splash while boiling slightly. I think it would be good to use a pot with a lid.
STEP 10/11
When done, grind and add Padano cheese. Then you can get a deeper and deeper taste. You can also add parmesan powder. Hmm. I can already smell the delicious
STEP 11/11
Boil it one more time, and the homemade tomato sauce is complete. For storage, put it in a sterilized bottle in hot water and refrigerate it. If you made a lot, you can keep it frozen. Use it for tomato pasta or pizza in various ways.
