It's cheese egg toast that I made on weekend morning. There was pressure from calories, but I decided to forgive garlic because it was good for the body.

And when the egg is fresh, the egg yolk is firmly fixed around the egg yolk, so if you boil it and split it in half without rolling it, the yolk will be in the middle.
