Garlic bread, cheese, egg toast
It's cheese egg toast that I made on weekend morning. There was pressure from calories, but I decided to forgive garlic because it was good for the body.

Ingredients
  • egg
    7ea
  • Cheddar cheese
    2piece
  • parsley powder
    little
  • Butter
    4TS
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • Sugar
    0.5ts
  • parsley powder
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I boil the eggs in advance. The tip is to put the eggs in a pot, pour water to cover, add a little salt, start boiling over very low heat, start boiling, and then boil well in just 10 minutes. Mix the garlic butter evenly. (Melt the butter at room temperature)
STEP 2/7
Peel the boiled egg and slice it thinly. Fresh eggs don't peel off smoothly even if you soak them in cold water as soon as they are boiled. And when the egg is fresh, the egg yolk is firmly fixed around the egg yolk, so if you boil it and split it in half without rolling it, the yolk will be in the middle.
STEP 3/7
Spread the garlic butter that's been mixed horizontally with the oven smiley bread
STEP 4/7
Place neatly in oven pan.
STEP 5/7
Put sliced eggs on the bread
STEP 6/7
Cut the cheddar cheese into small pieces with scissors and place it evenly on top and bake it crispy enough to melt the cheese in a 190-degree oven.
STEP 7/7
After it's done, sprinkle the parsley powder.
