Light and refreshing tuna and grilled eggplant salad
I baked vegetables rich in vitamins, light and savory tuna, and eggplants, which are seasonal vegetables, to add flavor, and made a healthy salad with fresh yogurt dressing.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the lettuce clean, drain, tear it into bite-sized pieces. Prepare olive tuna by removing the oil. Cut the eggplant into 3-4mm thick pieces.
STEP 2/5
Heat the grill and add a tablespoon of Rio olive oil. Place the cut eggplant on the grill, sprinkle with herb salt, and sprinkle olive oil on top to bake. When the eggplant is baked, place the lettuce on a plate and set the tuna, tomato, and roasted eggplant on top.

If you put it on a plate, it's done.
