Custard Apple Pudding
It's sweet, bouncy, soft, and delicious. It's so sweet that it's perfect for dessert. Sweet custard cream and firm apple jelly pudding.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, I'm going to make custard cream. It's a custard cream that you can make in two minutes. It's really simple. First, put corn powder, starch, vanilla oil, and sugar in milk, mix it with a whisk, and microwave it for 1 minute. After 1 minute, take it out, add 1 yolk, mix it with a whisk, and microwave it again for 1 minute. When warm is left, add butter and mix with a whisk to melt.

Pour the finished custard cream into the dessert cup about two-thirds.

And the picture above is pangelatin. Soak 2 sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.

Add water + sugar to skillet and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves and stir in soaked gelatin. Turn off the heat and add gelatin. Never boil it.

And prepare the apple by making the juice. I used the Philips book. Apple drinks are also available for those who don't have a journal.

And mix the apple juice in the previous pot.

Then pour it into a dessert cup and let it harden in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

It's done. Maybe it's because the pudding is watery, but the apple jelly goes down and the pudding goes up. It's sweet, chewy, soft, and delicious. It's so sweet that it's perfect for dessert. It would be delicious if you put other fruits instead of apples.
