Milk Honey Biscuits
Honey biscuits taste better with a subtle and sweet honey scent. The ingredients are simple and delicious. Not envious of K*C biscuits. Make sure to make it.

    300g
  • Sugar
    10g
  • Salt
    1/2ts
  • Butter
    100g
  • Milk
    140ml
  • Honey
    30g
  • Baking powder
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Gently dissolve butter at room temperature. Sift the powder type into the butter and mix it in a small bowl.
STEP 2/4
When butter and powder are mixed, add milk and mix. Add honey to this and mix it lightly until you can't see the raw powder. Pan the biscuit dough one scoop at a time in a pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 3/4
A sweet and savory honey biscuit is complete.
STEP 4/4
Honey biscuits are twice as sweet as honey. I used the honey from the honeybee house under Duseungsan Mountain. I really like the subtle and fragrant honey scent. It tastes better when it's hot.
