STEP 1/7
Peel the potatoes and shred them so that they are not too thin

Wash it in cold water twice and drain it from the strainer for at least 10 minutes

Cut the onions a bit thicker than the shredded potatoes *You can add carrots, but I only added onions because the picky eaters don't want to eat while picking them out. lol

Add sunflower oil to pan and stir-fry drained potato shreds with salt First, stir-fry it on high heat for 2 minutes and then lower it to medium heat Don't put all the salt in from the beginning, but add it while adjusting it's controlled
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes, then add sliced onions and stir-fry
STEP 6/7
When the onions are transparent, cover and turn off the gas stove. Leave it for a minute or two. The stir-fried potato is fully cooked
STEP 7/7
Open the lid and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds. That's it
It's neat and delicious to season the potatoes with salt, not soy sauce
