Stir-fried Congolese with Eggplants
There are eggplants in the refrigerator, so what should I do to eat them? I thought it'd be good to stir-fry it with Congolese, so I made it and ate it.

Cooking Steps

Congolese is hard, so if you soak it in water for about 5 minutes, it becomes soft.

Slice the eggplant into bite-size pieces.

Chop the onions, please.

Squeeze the water slightly and cut it in half.
STEP 5/7
After pouring olive oil on a frying pan, stir-fry minced garlic for about 1 minute, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add oyster sauce and plum sauce.
STEP 7/7
Mix it over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
When you drain the congee after soaking it in water, you should drain it slightly. Otherwise, it will break.
