Making Gamchachae ham stir-fry as a side dish for students livin
There are potatoes and spam, so I thought the kids would like it if I stir-fry it, so I made it for them.

Ingredients
  • Potato
    340g
  • a purple potato
    45g
  • canned ham
    200g
  • Salt
    1/2ts
  • olive oil
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Using a chopping knife, slice regular potatoes and red potatoes.
STEP 2/5
Soak the shredded potatoes in water for about 5 minutes. (This is to remove starch.)
STEP 3/5
Transfer to strainer tray to drain after about 5 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Rinse the spam in hot water, drain it with a kitchen towel, and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/5
Pour olive oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the drained potato on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes, add half a teaspoon of salt, stir-fry ham for about 3 minutes, and then spread it out for about 1 minute.
You don't have to add a lot of salt because the ham is salty.
